Stray Souls Enhanced Edition DEMO
A downloadable game for Windows
This is a labor-of-love project brought to you by the original game's writer/composer/sound designer, plus a small team of talented developers. This demonstrates what could have been.
These changes attempt to rectify some of the major issues with the original game and provide a path to the possibility of fixing the whole game; if the community wants it...
Play through an enhanced version of the Forest map from the original game with all new enemies, mechanics, puzzles, reworked cinematics, updated visuals and lighting, and a whole new area to explore. The map also features music from the legendary composer Akira Yamaoka restored into gameplay.
This is just a prototype, so there may be a few small bugs, but the hope here is that players will see what Stray Souls was truly intended to be.

NOTES:
1. This is a not-for-profit, prototype demonstration. It will not move forward as a full overhaul of the original game without community support. As such, it may not receive any updates aside from fixing anything game-breaking that the community reports.
2. The .RAR file is large, hence an outside download. Please extract the files and enjoy the .exe!
3. You may encounter a bug if you own the full game on Steam and have a save file. Please select NEW GAME and delete your old save file or choose an empty slot to play this demo.
4. This experience is still "Action-Horror" but it leans more towards "Survival-Horror", so conserve ammo when you can and search everywhere! Backtracking is your friend! You may get lost so pay attention to your surroundings! Search everywhere! There are new interactable moments scattered around!

Hi, so you are the same game Dev on Steam Jukai Studio anyway here my thoughts/ my opinion about this game is still bad when first I thought when I played for the first time on steam that the game would be good some year ago on Steam when it come out but when I noticed that quite a lot of other people didn't like this game anyway the thing the game need fixing
1. what I noticed was that the character's hands are really big
2. maybe a little too much ammo can be found in the games
3. when I kill creature far away it dies like 3 or 4 bullets but when creature is close then is dies like 10 bullets like that bit crazy/weird
4. the fact that the blood stain on the hoodie disappears pretty quickly when use the med-kit or whatever the blue box was is almost looks like bullet box to me
okay, I have many things what the game needs fixing but it would be too much for you to read anyway but this my opinion about the game anyway Happy Holiday or Merry Christmas idk do you n have Christmas there anyway best of luck I guess!
